The six by eight foot design resulted from a review of wallpaper and fabric samples and collaboration with the Maryland homeowner.
“This was a particularly rewarding project,” says Marion Lott Kilarski, artist and owner of ML Designs Studio. “We successfully married new with old without disturbing what was already there. The highly stylized heavyweight vinyl floor cloth also went beautifully with the homeowner’s seasonal accoutrements from Guatemala. This was another test that we successfully passed.”
